Cloud Storage and File Sharing for Telecom Providers

Offer your customers a place to store, access and share files under your own brand. RushFiles gives telecom operators, ISPs and broadband providers an existing platform to deliver as a standalone service or include in their subscriptions.

Choose hosted SaaS or a deployment on your own infrastructure, with branding options to match.

Offer storage to subscribers or file sharing to business customers

A storage service for your subscribers

Your offer
  • Add cloud storage to a mobile or broadband package, offer it as an optional upgrade, or sell it through a separate subscription.
  • Define the storage allowance, customer price and support included in the offer.
What the subscriber does

A subscriber can upload personal documents, access files from another device and share a file through a link.

File sharing within your business services

Your offer

Include file sharing alongside business connectivity, email, communications or managed cloud services.

What the customer does

For example, a small business can give employees access to shared work folders and exchange project documents with customers or suppliers.

Manage the service behind the customer offer

Your customers subscribe to your service, receive your communications and come to your team for support. RushFiles supplies the platform behind it.

Your team manages

  • Service packages and customer pricing
  • Customer subscriptions and billing
  • Customer onboarding and first-line support
  • Customer communications

RushFiles supplies

  • The file-sharing platform
  • Product updates
  • Technical partner support
  • Hosting and platform maintenance with SaaS

RushFiles is a partner-only platform. We do not sell file-sharing subscriptions directly to your customers.

Customer administration and access

Administration

The reseller panel brings separate business customer environments into one place.

Manage their users, groups, storage and permissions without combining their files or policies.

Access and security

Access controls, two-factor authentication, user and file activity logs, and file versioning support day-to-day administration and incident investigation.

Configure the controls for the service you are delivering.

Operational integration

Account creation, customer login and billing processes also need to fit your operating systems.

We review those requirements as part of the service design.

Choose the hosting and branding your service needs

The right deployment depends on who will operate the infrastructure, where files must be stored and which interfaces need your branding.

Hosted SaaS compared with On-Premise deployment
Aspect Hosted SaaS On-Premise
Hosting and operations Hosted and maintained by RushFiles on EU-based infrastructure Deployed and operated on provider-controlled infrastructure
Web portal and domain Your branding and domain or reseller subdomain Your branding and domain
System emails Aligned with your service identity Aligned with your service identity
Full desktop and mobile application branding Requires an On-Premise deployment Available with On-Premise
Main considerations Hosted service requirements, capacity and integration Infrastructure, data location, maintenance and application branding

With SaaS, your team can deliver the service without operating its servers and storage. With On-Premise, your team takes responsibility for the infrastructure, including availability and backups.

Already offer file sharing? Assess a platform change

A supplier retirement, contract review or change in hosting requirements can put an existing service under review. The assessment starts with what your customers use today and what must continue after the change.

A representative pilot establishes what can move, what needs reconfiguration and how customers will be affected. It also provides the basis for a cutover plan, rollback approach and implementation estimate.

Together, we review:

  • Accounts, stored data, file volumes and customer activity.
  • Features and workflows your customers depend on.
  • Hosting, data location and operational responsibilities.
  • Applications, authentication and account provisioning.
  • Migration, customer communications and service continuity.

Adding storage to a messaging product?

A file-storage workflow could let a user save an email attachment or select a stored file to send as a link from within a messaging application.

Start with the experience you want to provide. We can assess the relevant clients, authentication, account relationships and API requirements, then define the integration work with your product team.

Questions about delivering the service

You set the customer price and decide whether storage is sold separately or included in another service. The partner agreement establishes your RushFiles charges and commitments. For a larger subscriber offer, we review account numbers, expected usage and capacity before proposing the commercial setup.

That depends on your identity system and the supported authentication approach. We review the login flow and account lifecycle during evaluation, including activation, access changes and cancellation.

RushFiles provides APIs. We assess the available functions against your provisioning and reporting requirements, including how information will reach your billing systems. The implementation scope depends on those systems and the workflows required.

Business customers can have separate environments with their own users, files and policies, administered through the reseller panel. For a subscriber service, we agree the account structure and privacy requirements during solution design and validate them in the pilot.

Branding, hosting, authentication, provisioning, billing integration and any migration all affect the schedule. Expected activity and stored data are also needed for capacity planning. A user count alone is insufficient to estimate a production launch.

Plan the service before setting a launch date

Tell us who the service is for, how you intend to package it, and your expected account and storage requirements. Include any data-location, branding, integration or migration needs.

We will review the requirements, demonstrate the relevant workflows and agree the scope of a representative pilot. The results inform the implementation plan and rollout.
