Currently logged in users are not affected.

There might still be temporary issues with connection from the MacOS client. If you or your users face this on a Mac, please use the Web Client for now.

Mac and iOS clients might still experience issues with connection temporarily - customers using Macs and iPhones or iPads are advised to use the Web Client for the time being.
The login issues have now been completely resolved, including connectivity from MacOS and iOS client applications.
